As before, son has verefication of his wife committing adultery. We need to know if she can kick him out. He has a lot of personal property and no where to go. This is in Alabama.

If they rent, whose name is on the lease?

Has one of them filed for divorce yet.

A person can not be legally thrown out or locked out. And depending on some factors, she would have to file for divorce and ask in court for a order to make him move.

With that said, legal does not stop many women or men from throwing the personal property in the trash or out in the front yard, illegal throwing away of property happens every day, and then iit gets to be a issue for divorce court, but the things are still thrown away.
