Why is he your ex in the first place?

More info about the situation is needed before jumping to conclusions.

    Nothing!

You can't force someone to love you or be with you. It is a decision they have to make themselves and in there own time.

What I can suggest to you though is that you move forward in a healthy manner and don't wait around for anyone. Accept that this person is an ex for a reason and leave them in the past.

You will find something even better one day and wonder why you ever fretted so much about wanting this person back!

    Good luck!

    Can we have more info?

Butr they are an ex for a reason. Give hi msapce and time - leave him a lone - don't do anything to push him away - like begging.

There NEVER can be any cheating, abuse - verbal or physical, lies, drugs or alcoholic.

Only time will tel... we need more info first.

I agree with what everyone has said so far.

Give it time and distance. Not just for him, but more importantly for you. At least for the time being, you cannot do anything to get him back. Trying to do anything will be noticed by him, and it looks needy.

More information about the situation would be helpful.

Sure is. Loving him isn't enough. He needs to love you too and if he isn't with you then he probably doesn't love you.

And you'll never force someone to love you!

Move on! There are lots of threads here about how to best move on from someone. I suggest you read them. They can be found in the Relationships area and there are many stories of broken relationships.

If not ask a more specific question and we can suggest ways for to begin healing!
