I'm on probation for 3years I go report always pay restitution I never drop dirty I never got in trouble tntil I went to another Walmart and got caught shoplifting got a cituation police came did not take me to jail what will happen I'm scared I really didn't go in there to shoplift I went to get a purse and two pair pants I was.going to pay for it just like I pay for my soda I promise that slip my mind I didn't go to shoplift knowing I'm on probation I'm willing to pay the money they have they merchandise back please some one help

You will most likely get a court date, a fine, and more probation, but they can send you to jail (probably won't). Getting the merchandise back doesn't mean anything.
These days, with a recession on and shoplifting in the billions, stores are really cracking down.
They are charging high fees for the costs of hiring detectives and going to court.
(No one will believe anything about slipping your mind, nor will they even listen.)

You will of course have to at once notify your PO, failure to notify the PO is a larger offense than a shoplifting issue.

They may violate you and make you go back before the judge on your current probation. Most likely put you on probaton for both crimes, you will have additional fines to pay and I am sure Walmart will have a civil penalty they will want you to pay them also.

I am sorry I don't know how you walk back a roll of cashiers with store items and don't pay ?
