It could be a 100 of things and we should never be scared to talk to our parents about medical issues, delay in telling them, like waiting till Christmas day often causes more trouble, more cost and can even because of waiting cause you more long term trouble.

So you know it is not from having sex, so you have to assume an infection, a bite, a ingrown hair or some other medical issue.

It popped 4 days ago it has decreased in size and it doesn't hurt anymore can it be from puberty?
