Edited out email address

Open a new email account... because you get what you paid for.

If it was really important you would have written the log-in info and kept it someplace safe.

You had an account you paid nothing for... so don't expect them to spend time that costs them money as you are not alone in doing this.

Sorry to tell you that... but that's reality.

That happened once to me. I used another internet browser and logged in successfully. After that I could log in using the original browser normally.
