    I have replace the plumbing twice for my 2 bolwl kitchen sink and it still gurgles

    This tells me you have a blocked vent and all the new drainage you put it still wouldn't solve your problem.
    The solution would be to snake the kitchen roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 16 more feet. Good luck, Tom
