He sits here wanting to have a family with me and my daughter. But how can we be a happy family when its this hard. We can't and I want to change that.

No one said the law was always fair. Your boyfriend made a bad choice and is paying the price for that choice.

I'm not sure what is stopping you from having a happy family. He should be considered a low level offender. Or maybe you need to hire an attorney to either try to reduce the level or get him off the list.

How old is your boyfriend? Im asking because if he didn't admit to anything it means there was a trial and he was found guilty. Also the girl involved should be an adult from your story and could come forward to right the wrongs if its really true.

You can't change his past, and at 14 for the girl it was rape even if she agreed.
But if you want a life with him, you do it the same way, any other people do, you deal with the issues his past brings, he will be a sex offender for the rest of his life, Friends will never trust him, he will be on a register that neighbors will know.
