My friend got his ex-girl friend pregnant and she just had the baby, he's been trying to get in touch with her but when he finally did she told him not to call her again.
Afterwards her mom called and said if he called again she would press charges on him for harassment and for him not to try and see his son cause he doesn't have proof that he his. She also said she has documents that show he's abusive and has harassed her before (which he's NEVER HAS!! )
He need help fast!!
How does he got about getting a paternity test so he can get to see his son:(!!

I think you can apply for a paternity test with the office of child support enforcement, I would call the local office where he is at and ask them what to do. That is a start anyhow and hiring a lawyer would be good.
