The same way you would get any tenant to leave.

If there was an agreement, even oral, to pay rent then you can serve him with a pay or quit notice. Otherwise you need to give him a written vacate notice. If he still refuses to leave, then follow up by filing for an eviction order in court.

Go to your local housing court and find out the process for eviction as its subject to local laws.

First what do you do for him,
Don't do his laundry, don't cook his meals, don't clean up after him, If he leaves his clothes laying around the front room, warn him once, throw them away the next time.

Next don't accept disrespect demand respect.

If he refuses, evict him. ( that is the legal thing to do)
