I think it was about a waitress (maybe at a diner) in a small town and she was either trying to move out of the town or had an opportunity to leave. Pretty sure the director is female and I want to say it came out in 2010 or 2011, but I don't think it could have been before 2009. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lady works at a pie shop. She gets pregnant but hates her husband and falls in love with the doctor who is planning on delivering her baby. In the end she leaves both.
