For the past 4months I been shaving my vagina a lot. I been getting small bumps they hurt Nd swell up if I don't POP them. Puss comes out I use peroxide it goes away within a week but I notice it in a different spot what can this be

The bumps sound like ingrown hairs to me which is a common side affect of shaving. Puss suggests infection so give that area a break from shaving and look at alternative hair removal options such as waxing.
