Hi I'm 21 yrs old. I'm beginning to have certain red and white spots on the tip of my penis. I didn't have any sex but I noticed them after I masturbated a couple of days ago. Earlier I thought it was just due friction and would go off in a few days. But now it seems they are spreading around the tip area.

It doesn't pain or irritate but I'm worried. Please Help.
