My 2.5 years old son rubbing himself to my foot or toes, whenever I lay my foot over the table,then he start rubbing himself to my foot, I know touching himself might be normal for his age but don't know how to stop him from doing it to me, he gets super mad if I stop him or walk away and start screeming,

So he gets mad? So what, tell him no,

Sure, this is just age appropriate stuff here; but its also something that you wouldn't want to allow, especially as it could escalate. You know, kids pitch fits when they don't get to do something they want to do; Just let him pitch his fit.

Its just a part of kids learning about what boundaries are, and there are lots of boundaries you will have to teach him. Its all normal learning methods, tantrums and all.
