I have same problem but different buttons: anti-bacterial, pots/pans, Normal, timesaver, quick rinse, hi temp scrub, sani-rinse, air dry, delay, start, cancel. I tried the anti-bacterial, normal wash sequence twice, close door, wait 15 secs, hit cancel twice but nothing happened. House full of people for holidays & lots of dishes -- suggestions?

Please explain what you mean. You will probably be doing dishes the old fashioned way for a while until we can understand what you want and mean.
