My girlfriend thinks she is pregnant even though we have never had sex. She says her stomach looks bigger. She had her period right after. We fooled around and she thinks some sperm was on my finger. Help me please. She can't get it out her mind and I can't either now

If there was fresh sperm on you finger yes, while not as likely it can happen. Thus the reasons for not having contact sexually unless you are fully aware of what is happening and ready for a pregnancy

This one for example. While not likely, it IS possible to get pregnant from sperm on a finger.
