I used to watch it when younger, so I can't remember all of the details... I watched it in the 90's but it could have been a lot older. The cartoon featured a disabled girl who went to a magic land where she could walk (she went with her friends), I remember vividly that there were animals there who could talk and birds sung them to sleep. I think an evil witch was watching them though a crystal ball and there was perhaps something to do with santa?
Please tell me if you remember anything, if you know what it was called.
