I have been having pain in my chest since dec.4th, when I had an episode but thought maybe it was just a bad case of heartburn. My blood pressure has been unusually high for me, running anywhere from 145/84 to 154/96. I am having some fluttering feeling in my chest as well, but I don't want to be an alarmist. I have been taking aspiren and a 5 mg. Valium to try to aleviate the pain, and yes I have had some sweating and shortness of breath but I am 51 and somewhat menopausal I think.
