Monday afternoon I had a pinkish discharge that lasted 2 hours then it stopped the rest of the day. Tuesday morning I had a brownish discharge that lasted a hour then it stopped so I called my doctor to explain my concern she told me to go take a test but around 3 o clock I had like burnt red blood that lasted a hour then around 6 I started bleeding red blood. I don't have any pain or blood clots. But my breast are soar and full and I feel nauseous what could this be

If its implantation bleeding, it would be unusual if you felt pregnancy symptoms this soon. It also doesn't sound much like a miscarriage to me. When is your period due?
