    I had a baby with my Hispanic girlfriend but she has no papers. She graduated school and has been in the U.S. Since she was 1 year old.what do we have to do to get her legal? She has no identification and we are clueless.please help us out! Thank you and God bless!

    She will need to apply for legal status though immigration services to make her legal in the US first. Then she will apply for citizenship. There are attorneys who specialize in this.
    She needs to start with getting some Identification papers, birth certificate to start, copies of school records and the such.
