Just replaced blower motor. Everything is properly working. Led light signifies that system is functioning properly, but blower motor will not stop?

What is the tstat set on,, Auto? Or fan only,, it should be on auto

wmproop asks the right question, if it is set on ON it will keep running. I advise most folks to actually place their stat to On rather than AUTO. It uses a small amount more of electricity but makes multistory homes much more comfortable. Most of the power is used getting a fan to start rolling from a dead stop, once there are at speed power consumption drops. Back to ditloc awaiting your answer
