Since the receptacle has 120 volt power, and assuming there is a cord plugged into the receptacle, and there is not 120 volts at the opener, the cord and plug must be defective.
How did you determine the receptacle has power and the unit does not. Where are you testing and with what?
Thanks for responding. Plugged a light into it. Also, I detached the wires from the wall switch at the opener. After reattaching them the display was on and went into set up mode but would not respond to commands. I finely got a tech on the phone from Chamberlain. It appears that this is a new model, so new that it not listed on there help web page, with a interface board. They told me that it needs to be replaced. They are sending on out. I will let you know if that does it.
