How do I adjust the color it is red green and blue but not clear

Sounds like a convergence issue. You can sometimes adjust this in the user menu, just look for a convergence option. If it's incredibly bad, then there might be something more wrong with it. If you can't seem to get it any better by adjusting it through the menu, then it's possible the set may need to be completely recalibrated or that it's time to get a new set.

Either way, you're probably looking at around $150-200 USD to have an in-home diagnostic performed on the set. And if it's not just a calibration issue, then the set is probably beyond economical repair.
