I think you already know the answer to this and it isn't good news.

Take your toothbrush and soap on a rope with you, a clean test is not going to happen.

There is no way that you are going to pass unless you have synthetic urine or urine from a friend that you know is clean, you can try drinking as much water as possible, but if the test is from a lab, they will notice the low levels of creatine, the lab tech will note that and depending on whether your in outpatient or on probation, some might mark that as a failed UA, or you will be asked to take another one.
