I'm 16 and I am normally regular on my menstral cycle, but the last 2 months have been abnormal. In November I was unsually light and just spotted for a couple days, and this month I'm almost 2 weeks late, and here latly I have been waking up very sick to my stomach. I'm not sure what I should think or do. Can someone give me some advice.

You haven't had sex?
If not, then your periods can be light for any reason, or they can be light if you aren't well.
Please answer below if you have ever had genital contact with a man, before we offer advice about other things.

Here is what I think. Do not freak out. Have you taken a pregnancy test? I think you should buy one.

Otherwise light bleeding or no bleeding can happen. For many reasons as mentioned before.
