My mom is currently in the hospital undergoing stem cell transplantation and is going to be released from the hospital in about 1 1/2 weeks. She lives 2 hours from the hospital therefore has to stay at an apartment near the hospital for 2 weeks after being released. She needs a caretaker for the 2 weeks. I will be taking on that duty. Can anyone give me some information as to what I can expect? What kind of a diet will I expect to follow? How active will she be? Should I be taking her for walks and to the store or does she have to stay in the apartment the entire time?
