She has it in her apt. And will only give me excuses on why I can not come get it, she is either not home, won't be home, house is dirty and so on. I did get my guitar back and she had smashed a whole into it, so I am really anxious to get my other belongings back before anything happens but she won't let me in or is never home, what rights do I have to get this stuff back?

You may not ever get it back, but you can ( and should ) sue her for the value of the things she will not give back and include the value of the guitar she damaged.

I have no proof that it was her that damaged it. It was in her house though. And I do not have $$ for a lawyer

Small claims court, no lawyers needed, only costs a small amount to file. You go to court and tell the judge all the facts and any proof you can. Explain why the things are there, why you left them and how and how many times you tried o get them back, it will be your word against hers, often after you file, they decide to give it all back.
