    What are steps of pulpotomy in primary teeth ?
    I know the following :

    1. Preparation of the tooth
    2. Remove the pulp chamber tissues by spoon excavator .
    3. Put formocresol
    4. Put ca(ho)2
    5. GIC
    6. Composite .
