It has been quite a while since I have last seen you, my French has become incredibly rusty. When I spend a lot of time I can still read it and understand it pretty well. However I am afraid to say I have little to no conversational skills left. I miss you greatly and look forward to visiting you soon. You've always been not just a great teacher but a very dear friend to me. You have always inspired me and I still continue to have your voice in the back of my head pushing me to try my hardest at things even when I am unsure of if I can. I hope to see you soon so I may tell you of my recent adventures.

I have most of it translated, but since it's been a few years since I've done french I don't really trust what I have. Also I don't trust english->french online translations so a Native Speaker would be helpful.
