I had a tubal ligation last year, and I am now 15 days late. My periods are usually on time. I've had some odd pregnancy symptoms, such as: nausea, food cravings/aversions, increased sense of smell, frequent urination, fatigue, and I've had cramps but no sign of menstruation. I have taken 5 HPTs which all were negative. My doctor only performed a urine test as well, and that was negative. He recommended I wait until March or April before coming back, but I am worried something is wrong. Should I wait for a blood test. If so, how long? I want to know what is going on with me. I am never late.

Hpt & urine tests are based on your hormone levels & r not the most reliable a blood test is the most accurate but its best 2 wait till @ least 2 weeks past missed menstral 2 take a hpt but a blood test is still the best @ the same time limit
