There is an outlet in my living room not working I tried replacing the breakers and it shows hot at the breaker but I have no power or lights in my outlet

Look at the wiring on the outlet in question. Make sure all the wires are connected. If they are, pull the 2 outlets, one on either side of the subject outlet and look for a disconnected or loose wire.

If wires are in quick connects, move to screws

Check outlet on either side of one not working. See if u have power there and all wires are secure.
