Can a person fall in love at the age of 13?

Any one can fall in love at any age, but being smart about it will help because we can also fall out of love, or they can just as fast.

The idea of love is different with different people and different ages, that's why its hard to know exactly what to do about those feelings.

Entertainment media has glorified the idea of love and romance to an excessive degree. The result being that children who should be more concerned with other things, want to grow up too fast and emulate adult behaviors they just aren't ready for.
