    Why would a Sears Heavy Duty 60 fill up with water even when it is not turned on?
    This is a model series 15661 about 10 years old. It ahs twice filled with water in 8 years but functions fine otherwise. There seems to be no water in it nrmally and we have observed no slow leak into it in two days of watching?
