I was trying to help a friend. I agree to let him stay till he found a place to live. It been six weeks. He keeps telling me he has no place to go. He pays a little each week to help me out. He drinks and get verably loud. He has pull a knife on me and punch me. I don't want to send him to jail I just want him to move out.
I've ask him for 3 week to leave. How do I get him out?

If he refuses to leave you have two choices. Call the police if he threatens you or go through an eviction process.

Since he has paid something he's a tenant and has to be removed through the eviction process.

Agree, he pulls and knife on you and punches you? And you don't want him in jail, for heavens sake why not, since he needs to be.
