    Gurgling in pipes
    Gurgling in pipes when someone takes a shower, when using the washing machine. What can be the cause if this problem

    A gurgling sound tells you that you have a blocked vent and the discharge is attempting to vent through a fixture trap. The sound you here is air being pulled through a trap seal.
    The solution is to snake the vent from the roof. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 16 feet more. Good luck, Tom
