Family law -- Florida home abandonment?
Recently my husband suspected that I was having an affair. Indeed I was, however he couldn't prove it until I confessed. In fear to his reaction, I left our home in which I am on title, but not on the mortgage note. It has been one month and I want to go back. Does he have the right to change the locks? If not, what legal standpoint do I have?

If he did not file for divorce, then he has no legal right to change the locks. If he did and won't let you in, you may be able to get the police to force him to let you in. But if you have a place to stay, they may not.

If he refuses to let you in then you will probably need to go to court to set up a reconciliation.

Agree, who is on the loan means nothing, who is on the deed is what matters ( title if it is a mobile home)

You have the right to return, go in the home if you wish.
If he changed the locks, he has to furnish you a key.
