I do not know what is wrong with my vagina, its like it is trying to turn itself inside out. There are large lumps just inside, so much so that it fills me all up. I had sex and my partner and he said it was very tight. It didn't hurt but I did get some pain in my lower abdomen. It has been like this for almost a week and its not getting any better. Please help I'm too embarrassed to ask my GP.

It could even be an STI, you really should see your doctor. There's nothing to be embarrassed about, they'll have seen it many times before and won't judge you.
