What could be my sentence for driving under dui suspension second offense and the first offense was 17years ago.

I've actually seen people taken straight to jail with a one YEAR sentence for doing exactly that more than once in VA.

I think you're counting wrong... It LOOKS like you're only counting the driving on a suspended license offense from 17 years ago. The COURT will count the DUI, the driving on a suspended license, the NEW DUI, and the NEW driving on a suspended license...

So, it's really NOT a second offense. I think they'll throw you in the can for a while.
