My ex whgo is 19 years old was mad at me for no reason and her mom told her to make a police report that was not true and then when we went to the police station she went and changed her story and said that none of it was true I have my court case today at 230pm and would like to know what she will get out of it she said that I held a knife to her throat hit her bit her and puushed her but then in the second report said that I did none of that so what will happen to her or me?

If she filed a false report on you she could get in big trouble. It is considered a misdemeanor in almost all 50 states.

First it will depend if the court even believes her now. So be more worried about yourself. Even if she gets in court and testifies that you did not do it, and that she lied, the court may still read her first signed complaint and they can still convict you. Remember only one story is a lie, so they could will have to decide which one is a lie

Most likely nothing will happen to her, if they have not already filed charges most likely they will not.
