If they are still in the trash then simply select and restore, otherwise you are out of luck.

Open up Gmail. On the left side is "Mail" Drop down to the "6 more" tab and click on it. It will show trash, open it and click on the deleted email. If you want to save it in your inbox, go to the "move to" button on the tool bar and click on it for options.

Navigate to the trash folder, in the upper left hand corner there is a check box you can select which will highlight all the e-mails in the trash. Once you have selected an e-mail and option will open asking if you want to delete the e-mail forever.
