Increasing abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea with foul-smelling stools, bed wetting, abdomen full of gas, difficulty passing stool, loss of appetite, weight loss, andlow grade fever.

Oh, wow, this could be many things from something as serious as Crohn's Disease to something as simple as gastroenteritis, and anything in between.

Time for a doctor's appointment to get to the bottom of this and for proper treatment.

I recently had similar symptoms (no fever, incontinence or bloody stool though) and my PCP diagnosed me with gastroenteritis. When it didn't improve, she diagnosed me with irritable bowel syndrome.
