Bought a piece of property that had a mobile home on it... Moved that mobile home off & moved a manufactured home on to property. Now some one is trying to enforce restrictions. But, there has been a mobile home on this property since 1982

Well there is a difference, plus probably size difference etc.
What do the written deed restrictions SAY?

They only expire if it has a date for it to. Are there other properties that have manufactored homes in the sub division.
Was there a permit from the building inspector for the first mobile home? What about yours ?
