Goodman GMP075-3 Rev. A Bad Burner Flow?
My 1993 Goodman GMP075-3 Rev.A Furnace has 3 burners. The first 2 burners closest to igniter light just fine but the last burner (flame sensor location) is making a loud Whoa Whoa Whoa noise when trying to ignite than it finally ignites fully and runs fine. All 3 flames have a pretty good blue flow with a minimum of orange tint at the end of flame, which may be normal? Could this be the burner tip being dirty or clogged? If so, how do I remove the burner and tip and how do I clean the tip, which screws into the black gas pipe? The burner itself seems clean.

    Thanks!

    Kev
