Ssi child support after 18 year old
My child finally has been getting SSI child support for 3 years, she will graduate 2013 and go to college can she still receive child support, will I have to refile a new case?

There is no such thing as SSI child support. What reason was she receiving money from social security for? Was it from a parents benefit?

The non-custodial parent was approve for SSI and seems that he close the child support case, and now my child receives a monthly check from united state treasury, no longer from child support.

The benefit may continue so long as your child qualifies as a full time student. It may end at 21.
