I have natural black hairs,I dye it in dark blond,but it not suited me,then I dye it in burgundy,now this is looking red,now what can I do,I want it dark bron,should I dye it,and it works or not,and this damage my hairs?

Hair dye will damage your hair, but this can be alleviated with a good conditioner (I recommend Biolage's deep hydrating balm). Given your past problems with dye, I'd suggest seeking out a professional stylist; he or she should be able to get your hair to a dark brown with very little problem! :)
