It depends on how many kids you're watching and for how long. Way back in the day I used to charge 2$ per hour per child. If the child's younger than a year I'd suggest asking 3$ an hour since babies need such intensive care. Some people will tip on top of that if you do a good job, IE you clean up after the kids, put the dishes in the dishwasher, etc, but many people are cheap asses so don't expect that.

And it can depend on many factors, your age, your experience, how long, is it in your home or theirs.
And to be honest the economic area you are at.
