    Well I have the mirena for 2 years in half. I have a 3 year old daughter. I have it got my period for 3 months now I suppose to get it on the 22 of November and I did not get it. I been fealing butterflies movement today for the first time.. And I been feeling really nausions lately too.. I know I need to get a preganacy test but I'm get it this week just want to know if it is posible

    It is entirely possible. One of the problems with IUD's is that a symptom that they are working is that you have no period, and a symptom of them not working is having no period. Please get a home test and if it is positive go to your doctor RIGHT AWAY! The IUD will have to come out, and you may end up miscarrying in the process, but if you are pregnant and don't get it out, permanent loss of fertility is one of the side effects.
