I live in Ohio from May 1 through December 1st, and in Alabama from December 2 through April 30th every year for the past 4 years. I have a rental that I pay yearly in Alabama, and want to establish legal residence for the time spent there. How can this be done with out giving up my DL for the state of Ohio?
