I worked for a company for 3 weeks. In which time I have yet to receive a pay check from them almost a week and a half had past since my departure and still no pay. Bills are piling up and I actually went into my savings, depleting it, to take this job which I was told would be far better. What can I do?

Call and ask where your check is OR write them a letter, send it receipt requested.

Is one week's pay held back for some reason (they pay a week late)?

I was suppose to be paid it all last Tuesday! I've contacted them everyday, finally got a check but it wasn't the full amount, short about $700 on the week! Started in middle of nov and have yet to see a full weeks pay. It was to be biweekly by the way, first week paid cash for training

Have you asked them to give you a full explain of the pay, are they paying what they told ?
