f(x)=4x-6 ;f(-3)
This is a simple algebra question where all you have to do is replace the x value in the equation with the value within the brackets, so:
f(x) = 4x-6
f(-3) = 4(-3)-6
f(-3) = -12-6
f(-3) = -18
Good luck
