My son has been investigated for vomiting and spitting up blood. In the first instance they have done fbc,u&elft and coag,bone profile and crp. His hb is low,mcv is low,mch and haematocrit is low and eosinophils are very high. All other blood tests are normal. What could the findings indicate and should I be worried? He doesn't see the hospital consultant for next 4 months.
